In most cases the Internet subscription is NOT included in the rent or service costs. In case you want to subscribe to an internet provider only the landline types are allowed. To use the TV/Cable connection is not allowed. The landline is a private connection as the TV/UPC cable connention is a collective provision. As the internet is a private provision the bill will have to be addressed to you. This also prevents misunderstandings.
