Something broke down, what to do?
Of course it is always possible something breaks down. Hot water can stop, the roof could leak, the sewer could be blocked etc. Preferably you report these problems by e-mail (HELP@zed-online.nl) It is also possible to report problems by phone on working days between 9.00 and 10.00 PM on 023-5490011. If it is really urgent like a gas leak, you can call 06 54358543.

Does Zed Vastgoed Beheer BV repair anything?
Not withou saying, no. You as a tenant are responsible for a number of small repairs. For instance when the water tap leaks or when there is a door latch broken or if a lamp has to be replaced.
More info about which repairs are for your or the landlords account can be found on VROM.nl and in the general terms that you got with the rental contract. It is possible that are some points usually for the tenants account are covered in the service costs. Look this up before you take action. Then call ZED Vastgoed beheer.
For instance, in most cases the service for the Central Heating is included.
