After cancellation we will request the estate agent to rent the house out again. The astate agent selects a number of candidates and plans a viewing. By then you still are renting the place. However you will be informed in advance of dat and time of the viewing. By law you are obliged to co-operate with one or more viewings by the estate agent with his clients.
