Delivery of the premise

You could imagine that the next tennant of the apartment you are leaving likes to enter a clean and neat apartment. That’s why we made following checklist for you.
Cooker hood cleaned
Cooking range cleaned
Fridge defrosted and cleaned. Please leave fridge switched off with door opened
Wet clean kitchen cupboards and collect your left over ingredients
Floor cleaned, carpet cleaners can be rented. In case of laminate floors vacuum clean and finish with moist cleaning. (there are special moist dusters available)
At least inside of windows and window frames cleaned
Shower and toilet cleaned
Curtains, blinds etc. cleaned
Removal of all personal belongings



Please fill all holes in walls and finish in original colour. If there are marks of your furniture, beer, coffee stains etc on walls please repaint in a crème or white colour.

Please take all your belongings with you until the last garbage bag.

Leave the premises as you would like to enter it yourself.
If the apartment does not comply to points mentioned above and the new tenant does not agree with the existing situation, ZED Vastgoed Beheer will hire external staff to clean and or paint.
Charges for these services are:
Cleaning service € 60,- per half day (minimum charge)
Painting or repair service € 36,- per hour excluding material and VAT

Costs that result from services mentioned above will be settled with your deposit.
